Mark Mozley is the principal of Highlander Management Solutions, LLC, and has 22 years experience working and training in the sales and sales management arena.

Mark first started out after college as a Sales Representative covering a number of states for an international manufacturing industry leader, then working in the building material, financial investment, and technology industries. He has worked for both public companies and privately owned companies, large and small. Mark has been a Sales Representative, a Registered Investment Broker, a Regional Sales Manager, and business owner. He has owned and managed his own investment office, started a leading edge technology company and has over 53 patent claims pending in the technology industry.

In the early eighties Mark took an interest in sales training to improve his skills and success. In the early 1990's Mark joined a Sandler Sales' President Club and learned what real sales training is and how it can propel a person to success. Combined with his love for helping people achieve their personal and professional goals.  He saw that the Sandler Selling System(sm) is taught in a personal coaching style type atmosphere and that led him to acquire a Sandler Franchise in the State of Georgia.

Mark attended the University of Georgia on a Wrestling Scholarship and later transferred to Auburn University where he graduated with a BSBA in Marketing. He also attended a number of classes in the technology sector and holds several certifications including Microsoft and Linux base systems. During and after college Mark worked at Philmont Scout Ranch as a Ranger (backpacking guide) and on a United States Forest Service Class 1 Hotshot Crew.

An Atlanta native, Mark is a descendent of General Solomon W Mark whose bravery is forever earmarked in Georgia's history for his action and leadership during the War of Independence in the 1770's. Mark is an Eagle Scout and enjoys fly fishing, hunting, camping, backpacking, dirt bike riding and many other outdoor activities. Most fall and spring days Mark can be found coaching both baseball and soccer. He is on the board of the Cherokee Soccer Association.

As a competitor in sports, life and business Mark knows that those who want to win will work to win, those who want to win will find a way to win, and those who want to win will seek new ways to beat the competition.

Quote Put simply, Sandler makes our sales personnel look very different to prospects than our competition, who are using a potpourri of classic sales pitches. I commend you and your network of Sandler franchisees for the consistently solid training we have received. As you can probably tell, First Capital remains committed to the Sandler system! Quote
